Minutes of the meeting of the Cemetery Committee of Goxhill Parish Council held at
7.00 pm on Thursday 5th March 2009
at the Parish Room, Howe Lane, Goxhill.
Present: Mrs V Gorbutt (Chair), Mr M Gathercole, Mr G Bradnum
Attending: Mrs S Bruce, Mr I Ross
1. Apologies for absence. Mr P Shields
2. Public Participation. There were no members of the public present
3. Minutes of the previous meeting and matters arising. The minutes of the meeting held on 8th January 2009 were agreed and signed as a true and correct record. There were no matters arising.
4. Planting/Landscape Design. Mr Marshall has agreed to do the preparatory ground work and also lower the raised drain covers.
5. Any other business and date of next meeting. Mr Ross asked if there would be any objection to putting up dog hooks on the railings. As there were none, he agreed to put them up shortly.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.10pm.
