Sports Days- advance notice
Once again we will be holding our Sports Days in September.
After another wet July this year we hope that September 08 will be as dry as September 07!
The events will take place on 18th Sept 1.45pm (F,Y1, Y2) & 19th Sept 1.45pm (Y3, Y4,Y5,Y6).
Entry from 1.30pm.

Year 6 Graduation Evening- THIS WEDNESDAY
Parents of pupils in Y6 are invited to attend a ‘Graduation Evening’ to take place at
7pm THIS WEDNESDAY (23rd July)

SUMMER HOLIDAYS- START THIS WEEK
We close for the summer at 3.30pm on THURSDAY 24th JULY.
We re-open at 8.55am on WEDNESDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER
NB the school office will be open on Tuesday 2nd September for the sale of uniform /
lunch vouchers & for general enquiries.
(Please also note that other schools in the area may close for the summer 1 or 2 days earlier than us.)

Adventure Weekend-Year 5/6 (Sept 2008)
We are in the final stages of organising this visit. Parents are reminded that
the final payment should be paid before the end of term.

with an on-line document known as the ‘School Profile’.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
School Dinners
North Lincolnshire Council has informed us that the cost of school meals will rise from
3rd September 2008
· The daily costs for all children will rise by 10p.
· Meals will cost £1.80 per day (£9.00 per voucher book).
· Updated (different coloured) voucher books will go on sale at the new price from Tuesday 2nd September
(the day before the start of term)
For the first half of the Autumn term, the old vouchers will still be valid if used along with a 10p supplement
(preferably sellotaped to the voucher)
HOWEVER they will not be valid after October 24th 2008
