Foundation, Year 1 & Year 2 pupils: 6.00pm-7.00pm
(for this event parents are very welcome to stay if they wish)
Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 pupils: 7.15pm-8.30pm
(NB for this event we are unable to admit children who do not attend Goxhill School)
v Entry is via the Hall Door (£1.50 on the door)
v Collection of pupils is via the Hall / Playground Door.
(NB WE WILL ASSUME THAT ALL PUPILS ARE TO BE COLLECTED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CHILD
TO MAKE HIS / HER OWN WAY HOME, PLEASE SEND US A NOTE AUTHORISING THIS.)
v Included in the £1.50 entry fee there will be a drink and a hot dog. (or alternative)

Harvest Festival Services & Charity Market
Our Harvest Festival Services will take place in the school hall at the following times:
(Foundation, Year 1 & Year 2- 9.30am) (Years 3 to 6- 10.15am)
Parents are very welcome to attend.
A crèche will be provided for pre-school children-

We are also holding a harvest festival market in the school car park
(school hall if wet) between 3.15pm and 3.45pm on the same day.
We would be delighted if pupils could bring donations to stock the market stalls.
Tins, fruit and vegetables will be gratefully received everyday this week.
All profits from the stalls will be donated to a charity nominated by pupils.

School Photographer
Parents are reminded that the school photographer will visit this
THURSDAY (9th Oct-AM). Family group photos with pre-school siblings will be taken from 9.15am.
Entry to the school for this session is via the hall doors.

Book Fayre
Our annual Book Fayre will take place next week and a range of children’s books will be
on sale at discounted prices. As usual, the school will receive commission on sales in the form of new books for pupils.
The fayre will open on Thursday 16th October and your last opportunity to buy books will be on Tuesday 21st October.
The fayre will run from 3.35pm until 4.15pm each day and will take place in the hall.
The fayre can be accessed via the hall / playground doors.
